Introduction to Pole - Exotic Pilates, multiple pole spins, transitions, and lots of floor work. Participants have different fitness levels and are at various levels of beginner pole. So you'll gradually learn more and more with each  4 week session you take.

For those with some prior pole experience and readiness for more difficult Pilates & Strengthening, Pole spins, transitions,
floor work, and much more. Class is customized to accommodate  participants at all different levels.
